Reservations

Reservations made through this website are handled directly by Hotel Central AG. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email.

Rates and payment

All rates are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT. The local visitor’s tax is charged separately per person and night. Payment terms are stated on your confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked and are shown during the booking process and repeated on your confirmation. Please refer to that confirmation for the terms that apply to your stay.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Later arrivals are possible — please let reception know in advance.

Liability

Hotel Central AG accepts no liability for valuables that are not deposited in the room safe or at reception, except where required by law.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Engelberg, Canton of Obwalden.
